As a general rule, returns and exchanges of products purchased at the center of Machine Tools are unopened and unused, and we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after the arrival of the products. We accept returns and exchanges due to initial defects / defective products within 30 days after the product arrives. In addition, cancellation of product purchase will be accepted only within 24 hours after ordering.

When returning or exchanging, please specify the necessary items on the back of the delivery note and return it with the product (including all accessories and warranty card). In addition, if we cannot prepare a replacement product due to the completion of product production or limited products, we may ask you to return the product even if you request a replacement.
